We know you’re going to love your shoes. But if for any reason you don’t, you’re welcome to return them in an unworn condition within 30 days of receiving them.
All we ask is that you email us (email@example.com) to advise us of the return before posting it.

What if my shoes don’t fit?
If you receive your shoes and they don’t fit right after consulting our measurement and size guide, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you can within 30 days of receiving your order.
As long as they’re in an unworn condition, we’ll happily send a new pair free of charge in a different size and ask that you make sure the product(s) are taped back up in the packaging they came in and post to address below.

Once received back to us we will ship a replacement and refund you return postage.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If faulty, we’d love to replace them with a pair of the same design, at no extra cost to you. All we ask is that you contact us via email (email@example.com) within 30 days of receipt of the faulty shoes or accessories so we can determine what the problem is and organise return of the faulty goods to us and a replacement pair out to you.
